Image Gallery - Boril
Boril is the first character I used this sort of detail with; using Mudbox to sculpt the geometry to new (for me) levels of detail. I will still finish and use him in the near future. Here's the head without any add-ons:

With his hat:

And with a body and half an outfit. This still needs finishing, but I seem to have major problems with clothing design and construction, so he's on the back-burner until I can iron out those shortcomings in myself.

Just as an aside, I'd love to give him some sub-surface scattering, but when I tried, this happened:
