Englefield CC is the perfect example of classic English village cricket. Situated within the idyllic Englefield Estate and overlooked by the majestic Englefield House, Englefield Cricket Club is one of the most picturesque grounds in the world. The club has been around since 1894 and is steeped in history, as well as still being closely tied to the estate which birthed it over a century ago. The Saturday team currently plays in Div 4 of the Chilterns League, while the Sunday side exclusively plays friendly fixtures with other local clubs. Englefield is a friendly and welcoming environment that is open to players of all ages, experience, and capabilities. With the Englefield Social Club right on our doorstep, the club has a buzzing social scene both on and off of the pitch, players and supporters alike. Newcomers are always welcome and are actively encouraged to get involved!

WINTER NETS START FEBRUARY 5TH - Winter nets will be run at Bradfield Sports Centre on Sunday evenings from 7.15pm to 9.15pm. All are welcome, bring friends, family, and all those interested in playing some cricket for Englefield this season! This is the perfect opportunity to to shake off that pre-season rustiness and get back into the swing of things with your batting and bowling. Let's hit the ground running this coming season!
Full Nets Dates - February 5th, 12th, 26th. March 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th. April 1st. Please note, these dates are subject to change, and could be switched to Wednesday evenings at some point. Any changes will be posted here on the website.
